A man sees in the world what he carries in his heart.

“This is gonna sound really cheesy, but one of the greatest things we’ve been gifted with is we can go to children’s hospitals and places like that and really make their day without having to do anything. Especially Daniel – I’ve seen kids literally wet their pants in front of Daniel! I think it’s a priority that we abuse that and make the most of it.”

Neala Johnson: How did you react when “cut” was called on your last day of shooting on The Deathly Hallows?
Tom Felton: Well, I foresaw me blubbing. There’s something about that last day where if you hang around and spend a few hours hugging people, you really, really get upset. So my theory was: say goodbye to everyone I needed to say goodbye to before, then as soon as they said, “You’re wrapped, thank you for your services”, I was pretty much out of the set, in the car and on the way home … before I could blub.

1) The negative side of a AA battery produces a similar electric current to that of your finger, which means most laptop track pads will interpret it as a finger if you drag it around. Very fun to see the first time around. Just remember to keep it flat on the trackpad (also, it may be the positive side; I don’t have a battery handy to reverify).

2) While you can’t see the spectrum of light your remote controls produce, the camera on your cell phone or iPod can interpret it. Turn on the camera, point the remote at it, and press a button. You should see the light in the viewfinder.

“Good teaching helps make productive and fully realized adults — a result that won’t show up in each semester’s test scores and statistics.”

“So…one thing I never want to see happen is schools that are just teaching to the test. Because then you’re not learning about the world; you’re not learning about different cultures, you’re not learning about science. … All you’re learning about is … the little tricks that you need to do in order to take a test.”

  1. Teen pregnancy has turn out to be a worldwide social issue nowadays. Much more and a lot more teens are delving into unprotected sex and end up having an unwanted pregnancy. Regardless of whether your stance is pro-choice or pro-life, the reason behind all these debate is due to the fact of unprotected sex and misguidance in teens.

    • So true! More education needs to be out there, that should come with more information about STDs as well. I believe the fear of STDs will guide more towards using protection.
